1. How to submit a request
Email info@ek-b.nl with subject “GDPR request”. We may ask for verification.
2. Response times
We typically respond within 30 days. This may be extended for complex requests as allowed by GDPR.
3. Your rights
You may have the right to:
- Access.
- Rectification.
- Erasure in certain cases.
- Restriction.
- Objection (especially marketing).
- Portability.
- Withdraw consent.
